Ed Young - President edyoung@qcivalves.com: Edmund C. Young received a degree in Accounting from Providence College and a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Ed began his career with Combustion Engineering in the company's corporate training program. He was assigned extensive job responsibilities and received numerous promotions during his 20-year career there. In 1995, Ed Young was recruited as the CFO for New Haven Manufacturing Corporation to lead the company's turnaround. Six months thereafter he was named Chief Operating Officer. Subsequent to leaving New Haven Manufacturing, Ed purchased the controlling interest in Quality Controls, Inc.

Michael Pelletier - VP of Sales & Marketing sales@qcivalves.com: Mike Pelletier is responsible for sales and for bringing new products into the market. Among these is QCI's new line of patented 3A Sanitary Rotor Valves. Mike comes to us from Improved Technologies, which he founded in 1994 and led until its sale in 2003. Mike's background in customer service is reflected in QCI's "customer first" approach to sales.

Jody Slack - General Manager Barco Manufacturing jodyslack@barcomanufacturing.com: Jody Slack began his career with Barco Manufacturing in 1984 as a machine operator. He was promoted to the Quality Assurance Department and became its manager in 1988. In 1988, he was promoted to inside sales and became its General Manager in 2000. Additionally, he assists with the overall management of the facility and production for the entire operation.
Susan Floyd - Controller susanfloyd@qcivalves.com: Sue Floyd joined the company in 1998. She manages the accounting and personnel functions on a day-to-day basis. Prior to accepting her position at QCI, Sue had over 13 years accounting experience. She is a key member of the Safety Committee and assisted in maintaining OSHA compliance on a pro-active basis.
Kelly Robinson - Inside Sales kellyrobinson@qcivalves.com: Kelly Robinson has been with Quality Controls, Inc. for over twenty years. She has extensive sales experience and product knowledge. Kelly is primarily responsible for quote preparation and is well known throughout the industry for her superior customer service.
Jim Horman - Engineer jimhorman@qcivalves.com: Jim Horman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Interdisciplinary in Thermodynamics from the University of New Hampshire's College of Engineering and Physical Science. After graduation in 1980, he held engineering positions in various manufacturing companies. Jim has been with Quality Controls, Inc. since 1989. Jim is responsible for the Engineering Department. He was a key player in obtaining approval for the 3A patent.
