TANK BOTTOM VALVE

We have recently built some stainless steel valves that are a direct replacement for a tank bottom valve that is no longer available. QCI is known for designing and building replacement valves for equipment that would otherwise have become obsolete.

FUEL SELECTOR VALVE

QCI has designed and built a fuel selector valve for an application where weight and space had to be minimized. This valve also had to be built in accordance to strict aerospace standards. QCI not only makes valves out of the more common materials, stainless steel, carbon steel and bronze but we can also make a custom valve out of any available material from an aluminum alloy up to a high Nickel steel.

Jacketed valve

We are please to announce the successful release of our new line of jacketed valves.  Available in bottom-jacketed, side-jacketed or both, these valves have found acceptance in applications where controlling the valve temperature is critical to the process.

3A APPROVED SANITARY VALVES

Quality Controls has designed a new line of 2-Way & 3-Way 3A approved valves per specification 51-01. These valves are an alternate to the plug and shutter valves currently being used in the sanitary industry.
